obscure film reference monday

What early 1970's (should i put it? allright,) Disney film features a female lead who goes by the name Eglantine Price?

Oh, yes. It's a toughie. If at any point you attended Silver Mesa Elementary you'll know the answer to this question. Answer it and I'll come up with something super spectacular as a prize. Burtonsnorth and Jomama, my two devoted commenters, it's up to you. And using IMDB is definitely cheating. Ok, GO!

Eglantine...that's such a fantastic name.

Okay, so I never went to Silver Mesa Elementary, but Alta Vista is right up there with it, seeing how I know the answer. Or maybe Alta Vista had nothing to do with it and it was Auburn itself that led me to watching every 70's Disney movie...I don't know. But the answer is Bedknobs and Broomsticks.

Jomama, did you cheat? If not, i revere your extensive knowledge of old disney movies. I've seen that movie a hundred times but did not remember her name was Eglantine until we watched it a few days ago.

Ok, burtonsnorth, you have lost and but Janitor is a funny answer so you should get an award, too.

Nice Job, folks.

I absolutely would have cheated if I had gotten to the question sooner; however, it was "wife of Jomama" who answered, so I'm pretty sure she knew it off the top of her head without referring to a third party source.

Yes, no doubt. Wifie is indeed a movie encyclopedia, i love that about her. Well done!

And your prize shall be...a framed photo of sammy from 111, as soon as i can snap it. You lucky devil.
