My favorite exerpt this week. A bold statment from a london based research company.
"The most effective personal climate change strategy is limiting the number of children one has," the report says. "The most effective national and global climate change strategy is limiting the size of the population."
And I thought using cloth napkins was enough.

People say "climate change" as if the climate has ever done anything other than change. If it has never done anything BUT change, what are they saying? OK, we're exacerbating it. But saying we're possibly accelerating a common and natural occurence doesn't scare anyone into compliance. It's like "christians" telling people they're going to hell.
These people should just be honest and say: "We want to outnumber you. It is the only way we can win. But we're too selfish to actually have children in any statistically significant way, so we'll come up with an emergency to scare you into having less kids."
Screw them. I hate them.
Or maybe I shouldn't make comments after 1 AM.

no, it's perfect. i knew this would rile you. You should read the rest of the report, it's appalling. I'm all for going green but this sounds suspiciously like "that which is evil becomes good and that which is good becomes evil." That was my feeling anyway.

Nah. I think one square of toilet paper per bathroom visit should do the trick in "climate change".

HA....but cloth napkins would work also.
