The deposition for the law suit is on Sept. 21. And the court day is scheduled for March 7, 2007, what i consider D-Day and my goal for moving out of this place. Ohhhhh, that sammy!

no clue who the attorney is, someone from their side. I've also been told they have 2 other tenants who have agreed to testify that they complained about burned out lights that i just never changed. Total bunk, of course, but i'm dying to find out who the traitors are.

If you're being deposed they have to send you a notice of deposition...
